PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NYTRON SYN GAS COMPRESSOR OIL SERIES is specifically designed for the lubrication of large rotary hydrocarbon gas compressors and to be resistant to LPG and LNG gases. It is formulated with top quality PAGs (Polyalkylene Glycols) ensuring the oil can operate safely at very low temperatures. It provides longer service life in compared with lubricants based on mineral oils.
* Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) compressors operate with:
- Ethane, ethylene, Butane, butylene, butadiene, Methane, propane, Propylene
* Chemical gas compressors operate with:
- Ammonia, Vinyl chloride monomers
Properties
- Low gas solubility reducing the decrease in lubricant viscosity.
- High natural viscosity index.
- Excellent chemical stability and high resistance to oxidation.
- Excellent anti-wear properties.
- Good anti-corrosive and anti-rust properties.
- Low pour point avoiding freezing of the oil in the evaporator.
